  3. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
    This has been the worst shopping experience ever. I am a very stressed and disappointed customer.

    I ordered (pre-order) a designer Alexander Wang bag online last April, paid more than a thousand dollars (in Canadian currency).I have been waiting for it for so long (they're already selling it on e-bay and I haven't received my bag yet)for many months until I finally decided to cancel the order last August. I cancelled through one of the customer representatives online and he agreed that he will send the refund back once he sold the bag.

    Fast forward to more than 2 months later, after countless e-mails asking for updates, no one would reply to me.

    I have been calling the store location in Chicago almost everyday, but they said they couldn't help me and that they will relay my message to the person in charge. And I never ever get a reply back. I always ask for the manager, who is, "always out of the store"..I call mornings, afternoons, lunch time, and the manager is "not around" and "can you just leave a message for her". Still no phone call, no e-mail, nothing.
    After many weeks of e-mailing,a certain Mr. Lance Lawson replied to one of my e-mails, asking for details.AND never replied back.Where are you???I still e-mail you, you know?

    Who's in charge of the online store? What's the use of your "customer service" section here when no one would reply?

    I squirm everytime I see the studded Alexander Wang bag toted by some celebrity in a magazine. I thought it was a sought-after bag everyone has been waiting for. I doubt you sold my bag already.And on e-bay, with that price???!!It's been more than six months, I gave someone more than a thousand dollars--for nothing. No bag, no e-mail, no phone call.Just an irrate lady at the Chicago store who takes my messages.I don't think she likes her job very much. The other lady who answer the phone is much nicer.Oh, and I will call everyday, e-mail everyday.
    Now it's less of the bag, it's more of you know, replying back to your customer and explaining what the hell is happening tn the store or something. C-O-M-M-U-N-I-C-A-T-I-O-N.
    I can't believe this company is ripping me off.

    Anyone who has connections to the owner or to Mr. Lance Lawson who never replied back???
